At Yarn For Crochet, we aim to get your yarn to you quickly, safely, and sustainably. Below you'll find all the important details about shipping, delivery times, and returns.

UK Delivery

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. 

Tracked 48: From £3.50 – estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.

Tracked 24: From £4.50 – next-day delivery (not guaranteed but usually next business day).

Free Shipping: Available on all UK orders over £35.

All UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and include tracking.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide from the UK.

Estimated delivery time: Usually 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and postal service.

Shipping costs are weight-based and calculated at checkout.

All international orders are sent via a tracked service.

Packaging

We use eco-friendly and recycled packaging – including mailing bags and cardboard boxes – to reduce environmental impact while keeping your yarn protected.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way.

Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they will usually attempt redelivery. If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:

You can choose to repay the shipping fee for us to resend your order.

Or, request a refund (minus the original shipping cost).

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrives damaged,

The wrong item is sent,

Or an item is missing from the order.

Local Pickup

We currently do not offer collection or local delivery options.
